My name is Maxi Aldum. I grew up in a family of Real Estate Professionals. I completed my BCom Fin Acc and a further Teaching Diploma at Stellenbosch University. At the moment I am in the process of doing an MBA and am committed to growing my business to the benefit of my Clients. I have always been interested in my parents business as a property developer and real estate fundi's which extends over 30 years in the industry ~ I was destined to become a Real Estate Professional.
I have managed a huge rental portfolio, completed many sales in De Wijnlanden and Stellenbosch too. I own property and have intimate knowledge of the real estate transaction from start to finish. I have a great back up team of professionals including a Personal Assistant, in-house marketing team, a maintenance team, and then outside professionals including a great tax guy and a brilliant attorney to name a few.
I was a De Wijnlanden Resident until very recently, and lived in the Estate since its inception in 2006. I have first hand knowledge of the area, am well acquainted with the Home Owners Association and love De Wijnlanden and the convenience of living there.
